HR Portal Implementation
Achieving the benefits of transformation
The benefits of a truly integrated HR portal are clear - greater efficiency; greater engagement; and increased returns on investments in existing systems. It is the flexibility of solutions, such as Qikker's epad, that makes this possible.
Given the flexibility to accommodate different client start points in terms of existing processes and systems, Qikker has developed a four step workbook methodology that enables clients to quickly evaluate the potential benefits that epad can bring.

1. Processes
Provides an audit / review of existing processes and policies including:
- Personnel records
- Tasks - such as absence, expenses, incident recording etc
- Performance
- Communications
- Other - such as induction, compliance, benefits, assets recording etc
Qikker recognises that many clients have disparate processes that have been developed over time or may simply not address other potential areas of improvement. Where this is the case, or clients simply wish to undertake a review, Qikker recommends that an independent HR process audit be undertaken. Qikker recommends HR consultancy Hersh Guy.
2. Systems
Review of existing systems and HR infrastructure:
- Legacy Systems - HRIS, Payroll etc
- Existing HR Tools - performance, talent, communications
- Paper based processes
3. Priorities
Establish with key stakeholders what the organisational priorities are:
- Engagement
- Efficiency
- Compliance
- Other
4. Plan
An overall evaluation report to identify opportunities for improving people processes, based on organisational priorities, and a step-by-step implementation plan. (Outputs can also include supporting evidence for a business case as required).
